Each session consists of a full movement analysis, followed by a muscle structure analysis to pin point the problem areas.
A full body massage combining Myofacial, Trigger point therapy, Shiatsu and Biomechanics techniques individually tailored to your horse will then set your horse on track to a better comfort level and increased performance.
After the massage your horse is then taken through a stretch routine to allow the changes the massage has encouraged to settle in and realign the body.
At the conclusion of the massage you and your horse will be given some "homework activities" selected particularly for you and your horse to enhance and prolong the results.
